1. Employment - If you are a firefighter, EMT, policeman, or teacher there are programs for you.
2. Geographic - Find out what documents are required for approval.
- Cities - If you are buying in an urban area.
- Rural - If the home you are considering is in the country or newly developed suburb.
3. Median income. - If you feel you may be an average income earner then monies have been set aside for down payment assistance grants.
