Dallas Ranked #2 in Hottest U.S. Real Estate Markets
If you’re interested in buying a home in Dallas, now is the time.
According to data collected by Realtor.com, homes are becoming more affordable as the fall season approaches, and Dallas (#2) ranks among one of the hottest markets in the country.
“The residential real estate market remains strong and healthy as autumn begins, but the momentum has clearly shifted in favor of buyers,” said Jonathan Smoke, Chief Economist for Realtor.com.
According to the data, housing inventory is nearly as high as it has been all throughout 2015, and it isn’t moving as quickly. Price appreciation also remains above normal levels but has declined from the higher pace of the spring and summer.
