Shawn Broussard is the CEO of Service First Mortgage. Shawn founded Service First in 1997 and has spearheaded the company's strategic initiatives while supplying a strong vision of growth and development.
His mortgage industry experience spans over 25 years and includes roles in servicing, secondary, and origination.
As a loan officer, Shawn was a top producer and developed the Power of S3 platform based on Speed, Service and Synergy, which Service First loan officers use today to deliver a superior product to the real estate market.
Shawn resides in Plano, Texas, with his wife Martha of 20 years and their two children.

Mark Resmini - Executive Director of Human Resources
Mark Resmini is the Executive Director of Human Resources for Service First Mortgage. In this position, he is responsible for all of the human resources functions, including recruitment and staffing, benefits, classification and compensation, payroll, training, employee relations, leadership development and talent management. Mark’s background and experience includes accomplishments in the areas of employee development, organizational design, performance management, process improvement and innovative problem solving.
Mark holds over 14 years of human resources experience, including positions with a nationally recognized insurance company and bank.
Mark received his MBA and bachelor’s degree from New Mexico State University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has served on a variety of boards, committees and organizations within the community.

Ian Kimball - Executive Director of Sales Development
Ian Kimball is the Executive Director of Sales Development for Service First Mortgage. In this position, he is responsible for building the infrastructure to help the company profitably grow, while maintaining our unique culture and brand. Ian holds 17 years of direct mortgage experience with an extensive background in sales, strategy and leadership.
Prior to joining Service First, Ian held positions as Area Sales Manager and Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy with several national full-service mortgage lenders where he led sales team in the development and launch of sales campaigns and spearheaded programs to increase loan officer productivity across the country.
Ian holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota. He enjoys outdoor activities, sports, reading, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Dee Hoyle - Executive Director of Operations
Dee Hoyle is the Executive Director of Operations for Service First Mortgage and is a Managing Vice President of the company. Dee joined the company more than 14 years ago and rose through the ranks to his current role.
For the past 12 years, Dee has been a part of the secondary marketing department and has helped with the growth of the company by establishing new relationships with correspondent lenders, initiating a company hedging program, and obtaining approval with government agencies.

Jim Berkley - Compliance Officer
Jim Berkley is the Compliance Officer for Service First Mortgage.
His real estate/mortgage experience spans over 29 years and includes positions in closing, processing, PPS management, underwriting, and loan origination with several nationally recognized mortgage and banking institutions.
Jim joined Service First Mortgage in 2011 and received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

John Donnelly - Regional Sales Director
John Donnelly is a Regional Sales Director for Service First Mortgage and is a Vice President of the company. He holds over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, in a variety of roles including Loan Officer, Producing Branch Manager and Vice President of Branch Operations.
He joined Service First Mortgage in 2009 as a Regional Manager and earned Regional Manager of the Year in 2011 and 2012. In 2013, he received the designation as one of the 40 Most Influential Mortgage Professionals by National Mortgage Professional Magazine.

Tracy Cox - Controller
Tracy Cox is the Controller of Service First Mortgage. He joined the team in 2015 and has oversight of accounting, finance and treasury.
Tracy holds over 35 years of experience in accounting and finance. In previous roles, he had financial oversight in various global and domestic companies both public and private.
He is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, receiving his BBA degree in Finance and MBA degree in Accounting. He has his CPA designation, serves on a Texas charter school board and is a member of local community non-profit organizations.
