This is a highly technical class with an overview of the mortgage industry from its inception to current day. It focuses on how loans are funded, insured, and sold on the secondary market. It also teaches the real estate agent to read bond charts, which affect rates and give (referring to "charts," as in charts give) the real estate agent understandings on how ServiceFirst Mortgage loan officers can accurately predict daily interest rate movements.
